I was putting in bobby pins this morning while doing my oldest daughter's hair. They slipped right out--so I thought of this handy trick and wanted to share with you! 

For those whose daughters (or themselves) that have that beautiful, shiny, and slippery hair: Here's how to slip-proof your hairdo when using a bobby pin. Spray dry shampoo (or hairspray) on a bobby pin before sliding it into place. The spray will give the pin texture and some extra grip, which keeps it from sliding out.
